Cisne Branco from Brazil. This was one the the nicest and newest tallships at OpSail 2000. It was build in 1999 by a German firm and is used to train officers of the Brazilian navy. After OpSail 2000, they will return to Brazil where the sailors will face a comprehensive exam which not all will pass. Those who pass will become officers whereas those who fail will be relegated to lower positions.
